What services do you offer?

We offer two main categories of service—Exterior Services and Interior Cleaning Services:

Exterior Services

Interior Cleaning Services

  • Interior window cleaning and detailing

  • Available as one-time or recurring service plans

Booking & Scheduling

How do I request a quote or book a service?

You can fill out our contact form, text, or call us directly. We respond within 24 hours.

How soon can you start?

Most jobs can be scheduled within 3–5 business days. Priority is given to recurring clients.

Do I need to be home for service?

No, as long as we have access to the property and any gates are unlocked. We’ll coordinate with you beforehand.

Pricing & Payments

How much do services cost?

Pricing depends on property size and service type. We offer clear, upfront quotes and discounts for bundled or recurring work.

Do you offer any bundled discounts?

Yes! Combine services like mowing, mulching, and cleanups for better value. Ask us about current deals or custom plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and all major credit/debit cards via a secure link. Invoices are available for recurring clients.

Service-Specific Questions

What does a mowing visit include?

Standard mowing includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off all hard surfaces. We also notify you of any issues we notice while on-site.

What kind of weed control do you use?

We offer chemical and organic options, including Preen granules and targeted sprays. Let us know your preference.

Do you haul away debris?

Yes. All weeds, clippings, and debris are removed unless you request curbside or on-site composting.

Do you install mulch or decorative stone?

Yes! We deliver and install mulch (multiple colors available) and can source and install landscaping stone as well.

Do you offer snow removal?

Yes — we offer driveway and sidewalk snow removal during the winter months. Pre-booking is recommended.

Policies & Support

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

We stand by our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll fix it promptly.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for all the services we provide.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Absolutely. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
